Tiago Brito, CEO of the LedWave group, in order to innovate in the LED panel market, recently announced that he opened an office in São Paulo (SP) to meet the new challenges and continue with his expansion path
With an investment of BRL 4.5 million, the showroom is located on Avenida Nove de Julho, Jardins, in the city of São Paulo, with capacity for 100 people, including employees and suppliers.
“Each detail of this experience was thought out with great care, from the LED panels that are exposed in the space, so that customers can personally discover the possibilities for their business and/or residence, to the menu set up to welcome them”, he comments. Tiago.
“When entering our showroom, the customer can feel in Times Square”, as defined by the CEO. “The experience consists of the visual, musical and olfactory environment. The space is fully automated and each environment plays a song and aroma, according to the images that alternate on the panels”.
In addition, the space can be visited after pre-scheduling with one of the LedWave executives or even the CEO. “Depending on the time of day, the customer is welcomed with breakfast, afternoon tea or even lunch served by a chef invited by LedWave to prepare an exclusive menu”, he adds.
