Earlier, on the 10th, the police arrived in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, receiving a report that a man who appeared to be drugged was staggering around the street and immediately arrested Lee Sang-bo on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act.

The police conducted a simple drug test on Lee Sang-bo, and the result came out positive for narcotics.

Lee Sang-bo explained, “It was because of the small amount of narcotic ingredients contained in the depression medication.”

The police said that they found dozens of pills in Lee Sang-bo’s house and commissioned the National Institute of Forensic Sciences to inspect and analyze the drug components.
