This Wednesday morning, the Liège firefighters were called at 5:40 a.m. to intervene in rue de la Glacière in Seraing. An abandoned two-story building was on fire at the time.

Unfortunately, the flames spread to the terraced houses, which were also abandoned. The fire crews experienced some difficulty reaching the affected buildings, the site being completely closed to avoid squatting. Which explains the relatively long intervention.
The cause of the fire is currently unknown. Fortunately, there were no injuries.
