During the ceremony, the final selection of the 11 best FIFA FIFPRO players in the world for men and women will be revealed, out of a total of 26 and 23 candidates, respectively.
The top 11 goalkeepers, three defenders, three midfielders and three attackers with the most votes will be decided. The last place is awarded to the player with the most votes outside the top ten.
In turn, the FIFA Fair Play Award will be awarded to at least one player who has demonstrated exemplary behavior that has enhanced the spirit of the game throughout the year. This can be a fan, team, player, manager, association or award to multiple winners.
