LIVE: NASA’s DART mission collides with an asteroid

A ship of the NASA’s DART mission deliberately crashes into an asteroid and you can see it live. The dart missionor Double Asteroid Redirection Test, will have an encounter with the space rock 10 months following launch.

The event will be the agency’s first large-scale demonstration of asteroid deflection technology that can protect the planet.
