21h00 : A new freight train has derailed following an explosion on the tracks, in the Russian region of Bryansk. “An unidentified explosive device detonated near Snejetskaya station”said the governor of this border region with Ukraine, the day after a similar derailment in the same area. “The incident led to the derailment of a locomotive and several train cars”he specified.
