Logitech announces Logi Dock Flex, docking station with 8″ screen

A Logitech presented today o Logi Dock Flexone docking station that makes it easy to share desks in hybrid work environments. The highlight of the device is, without a doubt, the 8-inch display positioned above the doors, with access to work tools.

The device has ports USB-C e USB-A front and back, supporting up to two 4K displays via HDMI e DisplayPort. It also has a door Gigabit Ethernet and entry Kensington Lock for security. With power supply via USB-C, it is capable of recharging laptops at up to 100W.

According to Logitech, the software that equips the Logi Dock Flex allows you to efficiently manage shared desks at work. In addition, it provides real-time information on the availability and use of these spaces, optimizing the allocation and management of the organizational environment.

Users will be able to customize their workstation with their own background photo, insert an away message, as well as participate in remote meetings through calendar integration with the Logi Tune application.

The Logi Dock Flex will be launched in northern hemisphere autumn (between September and December), only in color off-white, by US$700 (approximately BRL 3,400). The software that will equip it is already being tested and can be requested for free; some functions, however, will only be free until the end of the public beta, in July 2024.

The Logi Dock Flex builds on the success of its predecessor, the Lodging Howeverreleased in late 2021. With advanced features and a focus on collaboration, Logitech seeks to meet the needs of hybrid work environments, empowering organizations to adopt flexible working models efficiently.
