Logitech launches a prompt creation tool for ChatGPT accessible via its peripherals. This new free service, the Logi AI Prompt Builder, provides quick access to OpenAI AI from the Logi Options+ application.

Logitech innovates in terms of interaction with ChatGPT, by introducing the Logi AI Prompt Builder. Via the Logi Options+ application, a software window is displayed with a simple press of a button on Logitech keyboards and mice. The Swiss manufacturer explains that the system automatically captures the text selected by the user and offers pre-defined templates for frequent requests such as reformulation or summary of texts. Users can personalize their requests by specifying the tone, style, complexity or length of the desired responses, thereby optimizing their workflow without major disruptions, Logitech points out.

The manufacturer also unveiled a new wireless mouse, the Signature AI Edition model. This mouse, which has a button dedicated to AI prompts, is currently only available in the United States and the United Kingdom.

“As the bridge between people and their digital experiences, Logitech has a critical role to play in the evolution of AI, both with new innovations and with our existing portfolio,” said Delphine Donné, Managing Director of the Personal Workspace activity at Logitech.
