Lugano barricades itself to host the conference on Ukraine

Lugano is about to live its big moment. The preparations for the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2022 (URC 2022), July 4 and 5, are going well. Anti-aircraft guns are already monitoring the cloudy sky and an army patrol boat floats on the green waters of Lake Ceresio (or Lake Lugano), which will be off limits from noon on Sunday.
