Enex, Shell’s licensee in Chile, was the company that kept the 16 stores that Oxxo was supposed to sell after buying the 126 Ok Market stores (linked to SMU, see declaration of interests). The premises purchased by Enex are located in Santiago and Valparaíso, and will be part of its upa! line of business.
