The team from the capital defeated the Tiburones de La Guaira in six games of the Grand Final and thus secured their 21st title in the history of Venezuelan rented ball and the first since the 2009-2010 campaign.
Vizquel and Petit did not hide their emotion and sent a message to the entire Leones team, from the players and the staff, to all the “caraquista” fans who had been looking for that championship in the LVBP.
