French President Emmanuel Macron will speak with his Russian and Ukrainian counterparts, Vladimir Putin and Vladimir Zelensky, about the tension around Ukraine, communicates the Elysee Palace.
The statement affirms that the French president “remains determined to use all diplomatic resources to preserve the stability of Europe, and to show his solidarity and willingness to support the States of the European Union, concerned about their security.” It also points out that the virtual meetings will take place “in the coming days.”
