The curtain fell on the pre-wedding celebrations of Reliance Chairman Mukesh Ambani’s son Anand Ambani and Radhika Merchant in Jamnagar, Gujarat last day. A long line of celebrities participated in the celebrations that lasted from March 1 to 3. Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates, Rihanna and many other famous people came as guests of Anand Ambani and Radhika Merchant.

Actor Rajinikanth, his wife Lata Rajinikanth and daughter director Aishwarya Rajinikanth were also guests at the event. The trio reached Jamnagar in a private jet sent by Mukesh Ambani.

Aishwarya praised Ambani’s hospitality and shared pictures from Jamnagar on social media. Among these are pictures of traveling by plane and Ambani’s luxury residence.

“Thank you so much to my loving Nita Aunty and Mukesh Uncle. We got to spend an unforgettable and beautiful weekend with Dad and Mom at the Ambani family’s gorgeous residence before the magical wedding of our beloved Anand and Radhika,” Aishwarya shared the pictures.

For three days, Jamnagar in Gujarat witnessed unprecedented pre-wedding celebrations. Held in Reliance’s township, Jamnagar. This green township is spread over 750 acres. The Ambani family spends around Rs 1250 crores on pre-wedding functions. This figure includes food and accommodation for guests. Prior to this, Anand’s and Radhika’s family had conducted a Kamkotri ceremony and Annaseva in Jamnagar.

King Jigme Wangchuck of Bhutan, Prime Minister of Qatar Mohammad bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, former Prime Ministers of Australia, Canada and Sweden, former US President Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka, business leaders Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Sundar Pichte, Gautam Adani and others are among the guests. Cricketers like Sachin Tendulkar and Mahendra Singh Dhoni attended the function. Bollywood stars Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai, Abhishek Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Deepika Padukone, Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Saif Ali Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, Ram Charan, Rani Mukerji and Madhuri Dixit also graced the occasion. Music performances by pop star Rihanna, Arjit Singh, Diljit Dosanjh, Pritam and Hariharan were also staged as part of the celebrations. A traditional folk music feast was also arranged by famous Gujarati singer Keerthidan Gadhvi.

During these days, 150 flights arrived with guests in Jamnagar, where only three flights operate. 90 percent of these are from abroad. After the pre-wedding celebrations, the marriage will take place after a gap of four months. The wedding will be held on July 12 in Mumbai.
