Maduro denounces campaign to stop economic recovery of the country

The Vice President of the Republic announced that exports increased by 74%.

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, denounced this Wednesday that there are campaigns to “stop the economic recovery of Venezuela.”

He did it in the middle of a day in which he launched the “Exporta Fácil” program, in which he called on the country’s businessmen to produce more and thus take their products abroad.

“We are going to unite so that Venezuela recovers, enough of strategies for economic warfare. We are all going to work so that things work and work well », he urged in the middle of his speech.

He mentioned this because in recent days there has been a progressive increase in the parallel dollar, which this Wednesday passed the barrier of 5 bolivars,

“We are going to consolidate this first stage of recovery, growth and expansion of the productive forces of Venezuela, with exchange rate stability, defeating inflation and generating wealth,” requested the national president.

Maduro was accompanied by the Vice President of the Republic and Minister of Finance, Delcy Rodríguez, and the Minister of National Trade, Dheliz Álvarez.

“We are on a path and nothing and no one is going to get us out of that path, it is the path of stability, recovery, growth and new economic prosperity,” he stressed.

He pointed out that they have achieved a stepping stone in economic growth that has “allowed the population to have access to goods and services.”

Increase exports

Rodríguez mentioned that the country had a 76% growth in exports, especially in non-traditional ones between 2020 and 2021. In addition, it represents good news for the country due to the income of dollars.

“Exports give symptoms of the new era, of growth, of expansion,” launched the president. He also called on everyone to “expand their production” to not only meet internal demands but also to be exported.

Maduro added that an ECLAC report published that Venezuela is ranked as the 10th country in the region in export growth range.

Given this, he announced the creation of the “Exporta Fácil” program so that efforts to sell Venezuelan products abroad are more diligent. The industrial sector and entrepreneurs will have priority.

Through the Foreign Trade single window, 90% of the procedures are being simplified. In addition Ipostel will be in charge of the distribution.

They will carry law

To close the “productive Wednesday” day, the authorities announced that they are going to take the Export and Investment Promotion and Protection Bill to the National Assembly to support all businessmen.
