The Global Village has opened Majlis Al Alam, a place that will enable family members and friends to enjoy Ramadan gatherings in the village.
Majlis Al Alam provides guests with a unique atmosphere and experiences with a variety of dishes and cuisines, in addition to a range of activities, including playing and Arabic calligraphy.
Guests will be able to reserve their tables for up to six people at a table during Ramadan at Majlis Al Alam through the Global Village smartphone app for two hours or for an entire evening.
They will also enjoy many events and activities that embody the Ramadan atmosphere, such as the Iftar cannon, which will be located next to the World Majlis, and which will be launched at sunset during the days of the holy month, marking the time of Iftar. Late at night, the atmosphere of the Global Village will echo with the voice of Al-Masharati, inviting people to eat their Suhoor in preparation for a new day of fasting. The main stage of the Global Village will also host the Arabesque Orchestra, which will present 25 exceptional pieces that suit the atmosphere of the month. Until April 10, guests will be able to enjoy the amazing water shows for an experience rich with elements of suspense with “The Thrilling Show: Harbor Heroes.”
Every night during Ramadan and Eid days, young guests will be able to enjoy a wonderful cinematic experience on the children’s theater in addition to a variety of comic shows, wandering piano playing, clarinet playing and violinists at the fountain and the gate of the world, which provide a sophisticated musical experience for guests.
