Man (31) attacked and injured in Tempelhof

On Tuesday morning at around 11:50 p.m., a 31-year-old man was injured by an attacker with a sharp object on Metzplatz in Berlin-Tempelhof.


According to the police, the 31-year-old got into an argument with a stranger. It is said that there was a scuffle between the men, in which the 31-year-old is said to have been injured in the stomach.

Only two hours later did the person concerned call an ambulance in a café on Tempelhofer Damm, the police said on Tuesday morning.

The injured man received emergency medical treatment at the scene and was taken to a hospital for further treatment.

According to the first findings, the perpetrator is on the run, a specialist commissioner of the Berlin police searches for the perpetrator, investigates the dangerous bodily harm and its background.
