After codifying the procedures and arresting the accused young man, by confronting him, he denied at first, then admitted that he was on the roof of the property to eavesdrop on the women inside the bathrooms of their homes while they were bathing, and that he had become accustomed to these actions with the advent of the evening hours, so that his matter would not be revealed, but he was surprised by the people who arrested him.

The people filed a report against the young man, and the May 15 Investigation Services at the Cairo Security Directorate took him to the May 15 Department’s office.
