The NCP state committee opined that 43 people, including Ajeesh, were killed in wild animal attacks and that the forest minister, who takes it lightly, is mocking the people. Criticism against Saseendran was held in the state committee meeting chaired by National General Secretary NA Muhammad Kuti, who is in charge of the state president.

The meeting accused the Minister of complete failure to take measures to control the number and attacks of wild animals by making necessary changes in the existing law to protect the lives of the people. A resolution was also passed asking Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan to remove the incompetent minister.

There was complete negligence on the part of the Forest Minister in managing the Forest Department. In this situation, the state committee recommended the withdrawal of the NCP minister. It was also decided to send a letter to the Chief Minister requesting that AK Saseendran be replaced from the ministerial position and given the ministerial position allotted to the party to Thomas K. Thomas.

A letter will be sent to the LDF leadership pointing out the fact that the Central Election Commission has recognized the Ajit Pawar faction as an official faction of the NCP. PC Chacko should no longer participate in LDF leadership meeting on behalf of NCP. The meeting tasked the President to work with the LDF and negotiate with the LDF leadership as the elections are near.

It was decided to call a meeting of all those who contested and won the election using the flag and symbol of the NCP. Everyone must attend the meeting. The state president was tasked to take strict action against non-participants.

PC Chacko became the leader of the party which currently has no symbol or flag. Moreover, the name of the party NCP Sharad Pawar (NCP-S) was given only for the Maharashtra Rajya Sabha elections, so that party now has no flag, recognition or even a name. The meeting also opined that enlightened party members of the state will reject the tactic of Chacko and Saseendran to stop the flow of people with them.
