Manchester City star Jack Grealish has given his opinion on the question of modern football legends Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo being better.
Grealish chose Argentina’s captain Lionel Messi as the best player in the World Cup in Qatar. When asked whether Messi or Rono is better in the ‘This or That’ Tiktok Challenge of Superstar Sports, he replied ‘Mesi Messi Messi’.

Rono has scored 701 goals in his club football career so far, while Messi has 695 goals.
Ronaldo scored his 700th goal for Manchester United. With this, Ronaldo became the first football player to complete 700 goals in club football.
Ronaldo is ahead of Messi in terms of club football goals. But Messi became active in club football matches two seasons after Ronaldo started playing.
Messi scored 73 goals in a season in 2011-2012. Rono’s highest goal score is 61 goals scored in the 2014-2015 season.
But in terms of assists, Messi is far ahead of Ronaldo. While Messi created a total of 296 goalscoring opportunities for teammates in club football, Ronaldo’s teammates scored 201 times from assists.
Ronaldo is ahead of Messi in the Champions League, which is considered one of the best tournaments in world football. Ronaldo scored 140 goals in 183 Champions League matches, while Messi scored 129 goals in 161 matches.
But Messi has an edge over Rono in the World Cup football tournament. Rono scored eight goals in 22 World Cup matches. Messi has scored 11 goals from 25 matches. Messi is also the player who scored the most goals for Argentina in the World Cup.
