Christian Eriksen and Rasmus Højlund, released during Manchester United’s victory against Luton Town on Saturday (1-0), will be unavailable for several weeks. The bad news came this Monday. The two Danish internationals are therefore forfeited for the next two qualifying matches for Euro 2024 against Slovenia this Friday and against Northern Ireland next Monday. Eriksen is suffering from a knee injury, which is expected to keep him out for around a month, while Rasmus Højlund suffered a strain.
