New Jersey: Chitra Menon, Dr. has been successful in New Jersey for the past 20 years. Mantra President Shyam Shankar participated as the chief guest in the Tiruvathira Mahotsavam under the leadership of Rekha Menon.
Shyam Shankar opined that those who take the initiative to successfully conduct such ceremonies on American soil, which are Kerala but echo the culture of Hindu heritage, raise the value of that great tradition. In Hindu organizational activities, secretary Shibu Divakaran expressed happiness at the growing acceptance of the mantra among Sanatana Dharma devotees.
He invited the participants to the 2nd Global Hindu Conference of ‘Mantra’ (Malayalee Association of North American Hindus) in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Thiruvathira Mahotsav, attended by more than 100 dancers, provided a visual feast for the audience.
