MARKET REVIEW. The New York Stock Exchange closed sharply in the red on Thursday, weighed down by regional banks, after another rate hike by the US central bank, the Fed, on Wednesday, the 10th in a row.

The Toronto Stock Exchange closed with a decline of more than 100 points, victim of widespread setbacks.
