Kuwait City: 248 illegal expatriates arrested in Kuwait. They were arrested by the Ministry of Home Affairs. Those arrested were law breakers and expatriates who had violated residence norms in various areas.
The expatriates were arrested in Farwaniya, Jalib Al Shuyukh, Khaitan, Mubarak Al Kabir, Al Ahmadi, Hawalli and Shuwaikh Industrial areas. Among those arrested are those involved in the case of selling liquor in Jaleeb Al Shuyukh.

They were caught with locally made liquor bottles. All those detained have been handed over to concerned departments for further legal action.
