Max Verstappen “Hungaroring is not our strongest track” / Red Bull Racing F1 Hungarian GP Preview[F1-Gate.com]

Max Verstappen (Red Bull Racing) talked about his enthusiasm for the 2022 F1 Round 13 Hungarian Grand Prix.

In the previous race in France, his rival Charles Leclerc (Ferrari) retired, and Max Verstappen, who won the race, faces the Hungaroring with a 63-point lead.

Max Verstappen says the Hungaroring isn’t the strongest track for the Red Bull car, but he will do everything to finish off a good result with a win ahead of the summer break.

“Hungary is a special track. I really enjoy driving here because it’s a bit like driving on a go-kart track. There’s a very technical second sector that I like,” commented Max Verstappen.

“It will be interesting to see how the weather affects us over the weekend. It is difficult to say how we think we will perform this weekend. Not our strongest track. But of course we want to do well and as a team we will do our best to win.”

“I’m looking forward to the summer break and hopefully the team will have time to recover and have a strong start to the second half of the season.”
