When Hiniku checked with other users who purchased the same Gravo, the temperature was even higher than that of Hiniku. When Hiniku contacted MaxSun customer support about the temperature, he said it was “normal.” MaxSun “Normal” So far, I’ve tested 8 GeForce RTX 4090s, including the Fouders Edition, and the GPU temperature during gaming was 60-65°C, and even with FurMark turned, it was 70-75°C at best. The GPU temperature exceeds 80 degrees Celsius and the Hot Spot is close to 100 degrees Celsius, which is by no means an appropriate temperature. Maybe MaxSun’s customer support doesn’t know what they’re talking about, or their definition of “normal” is a bit abnormal. Hiniku asked for a refund, but MaxSun initially refused. However, after a lengthy 600-word persuasion, MaxSun complied with his request and granted a refund. This Gravo has less cooling capacity than other manufacturers’ products, and it looks like a tinsel. Fortunately, this Gravo is only sold in the Chinese market. If it was sold worldwide, it would have been taken up as a big problem. For reference, the temperatures during games (GPU usage rate 100%) on each manufacturer’s GeForce RTX 4090 are as follows.
