PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk is collaborating with Il Festino to hold the Maybank Cycling Series Il Festino 2024 bicycle race in Yogyakarta on May 5 2024.
The Maybank Cycling Series Il Festino 2024 will be held on a new route with more beautiful and challenging views in Yogyakarta.
The Maybank Cycling Series Il Festino 2024 event will also be attended by hundreds of cyclists from within and outside the country, such as Australia, Singapore, Thailand and several other countries. Previously, the Il Festino event was held in 2022 in the same city.
Apart from holding bicycle races, the Maybank Cycling Series Il Festino 2024 will hold a series of other programs, such as Social Ride, which will be held in 10 cities throughout Indonesia.
Meanwhile, the categories contested at the 2024 Maybank Cycling Series Il Festino event include the Gran Fondo category with a distance of 130 KM and the Medio Fondo category with a distance of 80 KM.
To enliven the Maybank Cycling Series Il Festino 2024, several international cyclists who are familiar with this sport will also participate in the event, from Muzcali, Lalabelle, to Atika Abubakar.

Apart from that, the Maybank Cycling Series Il Festino 2024 will be enlivened with festival and bazaar activities offering various well-known bicycle brands and accessories at special prices for cyclists participating in the Maybank Cycling Series Il Festino 2024.

In line with sustainability initiatives, the Maybank Cycling Series Il Festino 2024 event will implement waste management, namely by collecting all waste generated from holding the event involving local non-governmental organizations to manage organic waste and Plustik as a partner who will manage plastic waste to be converted into paving blocks made from recycle.
Apart from that, the Maybank Cycling Series Il Festino 2024 will also carry out a tree planting program supported by Pedla Jersey as the partner providing the Maybank Cycling Series Il Festino 2024 jersey.
The tree planting initiative will be realized through symbolic tree planting by Pedla. Likewise, the Maybank Cycling Series Il Festino 2024 participants’ jerseys use recycled materials.
