Likewise, the municipal president indicated that Venezuela as a country has faced very difficult situations, which is why Venezuelans need a space where they can be heard and guided by professionals who provide prevention and assistance for minor mental health disorders.
Yorelis Acosta, promoter of the project together with the Mayor’s Office of Baruta, stressed that traditional psychology must be reinvented to effectively respond to mental health, so in addition to providing support in the Psychology Service with the most innovative methodologies It will also be attending schools and with street days.
¨In this service we are going to emphasize prevention and mental health care, both in person and online, as well as a night telephone line attended by expert psychologists in different subjects¨ Acosta pointed out.
On the other hand, the event held at the Trasnocho Cultural facilities also had the participation of experts in the area: Abel Saraiba, Ricardo Montiel, Yelena Yanes, Víctora Tirro, Gilberto Aldana, Yorelis Acosta.
