Jose Luis Medilibar will sign a new contract with Olympiacos that will keep him on the team’s bench next season as well. The news is also confirmed by the Spanish website relevo.
Olympiacos will continue with Jose Luis Medilibar on its bench in the new season. The Basque coach has agreed with Vangelis Marinakis to extend his contract, after the defeat by Maccabi Tel Aviv in Faliro, with Piraeus showing their support for the experienced coach.
This information is now also confirmed by Spain, as the Spanish website relevo reports that the two sides will extend their cooperation in the new season.
Jose Luis Medilibar has changed the image of Olympiakos in a short period of time, taking them to the quarter-finals of the Conference League, while also keeping them in contention for the championship, despite the team’s poor image in the middle of the year.
