This year’s Eurovision Song Contest should actually have taken place in Ukraine. Of course, because of the war, that was no longer possible. Instead, Liverpool hosted this year’s competition.
Three gorgeous presenters and one presenter lead through the spectacular music evening: Alesha Dixon (44), Hannah Waddingham (48), Julia Sanina (32) and Graham Norton (60). Not only do they announce the candidates with a lot of enthusiasm, they also bring a lot of wit and charm to the show. The audience is already totally excited.
One viewer commented on Twitter: “Hannah Waddingham is an absolute queen”, another user wrote about Alesha: “Alesha Dixon is a stunner!” and Julia was “just absolutely stunning”. The ladies just look fantastic. “You are so beautiful,” it says several times on the platform.
But who are the four that shine so beautifully in front of the camera? There is a lot of talent behind the quartet!

Hannah Waddingham is a successful actress, best known for her role on the hit series Ted Lasso. There she is the strong sidekick. The Brit plays Lassos Boss, the owner of the football club.
When she landed the role almost five years ago, Waddingham cried. She is a single mother, her daughter Kitty (7) has had Henoch-Schönlein purpura (HSP) since she was three years old. A vascular inflammation in which small blood vessels swell. The symptoms: nausea, vomiting, severe abdominal and joint pain.
Since “Ted Lasso” is produced in England, Waddingham can better balance job and child. She: “I tell my daughter that we are a team, that I have to do this job.”

Alesha Dixon, on the other hand, is at home in the music business – and has been for over 20 years! At the beginning of her career, she was a member of the girl band Mis-Teeq, which was founded in 1999, and was later successful as a solo artist. Today she is also a member of the jury for Britain’s Got Talent. In private, things were not always so rosy for the pretty star. Opposite the “ Sun‘ she recently said, ‘Things have happened to me that have hit me to the core and I’ve had to spend many years processing them.’
What exactly is she talking about? Divorce, band-off and no more gigs. She divorced her first husband, musician MC Harvey, after he cheated on her. Shortly thereafter, her girl band broke up. The result: Dixon was alone and had to completely reorient himself. “It was like rock bottom for me,” said the mother of two.
Luckily she was able to get back up and after a short break she started again. And in love it sparked again. She has been married to artist Azuka since 2017.

SHE usually rocks the stage herself: Julia Sanina is a member of the successful rock band from Ukraine: The Hardkiss. She was also a long-time member of the jury for the Ukrainian edition of “Das Supertalent”.
Her moderation from the ESC is not only of great importance to the Ukrainian from a career perspective, it is also something special for her country. Rooster in the basket: British TV legend Graham Norton. He has hosted the talk show The Graham Norton Show since 2007. Hollywood stars like Will Smith (54), Sandra Bullock (58) and George Clooney (62) have sat on his couch.
The comedian already moderated the ESC in 2009. With his relaxed manner, he catapulted himself into the hearts of his viewers and his famous guests. This year he even has two tasks in the competition. He not only guides you through the evening, he also comments for the BBC from the commentary box.
Incidentally, the successful Irishman is privately married to his long-term partner Jonathan McLeod.
