The 23rd Prosecutor’s Office of the Public Ministry opened a case of imputation to several criminals who filmed while torturing a pet.
The video shows how the animal is run over and suffers.
The torturers received some rejection on social networks, since they used the wheels of a truck while holding the dog.
The pet died shortly after.
Tarek William Saab said on Twitter that these acts cannot go unpunished and must be punished.
“For those who still trivialize or minimize the fight that we have undertaken from the Public Ministry against animal abuse: we express to you that these types of criminals are capable of attempting against the life of a child, a woman or an elderly person,” Saab wrote.
The attorney general also clarified that the case is already available to the authorities. They have arrest warrants.
