Mental health and facing high prices

The high prices are one of the issues facing members of society at the present time, as each individual tries to obtain his basic needs at the lowest possible costs.

But how can our children learn to face the high prices?

1 – Rationalize your consumption of energy, and save in the use of electricity (meaning the light that you do not want in the apartment to be turned off).

2 – Teach your children to commit to buying only their basic needs (meaning there is no need for unnecessary spending on the Internet without benefit from it).

3 – Teach your children to take responsibility and not waste their own money on something that is not useful.

4 – Teach your children that home food is healthier than fast food, more useful and cheaper.

5 – Families can replace picnics outside the home in high-priced food stores with home meals and go to one of the parks whose price is affordable for everyone.

6 – Talking on the phone can be replaced a lot by family and home visits or waiting until you go home and talk to the family about what happened during the day instead of talking about many topics on the phone, which reduces the costs of phone calls.

7- Teach your children to save part of their expenses for emergencies that may occur at any time.

8 – Teach your children to help each other in the financial aspects when one of them is exposed to a certain financial crisis.

9 – Recreational games with high prices on the Internet can be replaced with old traditional games that help focus, attention, social interaction, and develop intelligence and logical thinking, such as chess, dominoes, decks, and others.

10 – Carbonated water can be replaced with home juices that are less expensive and more healthy.

11 – Teach your son to take care of turning off the water tap when not in use, and when needed, teach him not to overuse it, thus saving water costs.

12 – The high-priced club subscriptions can be exchanged for subscriptions to summer activities in schools, universities and good youth centers.

13 – Expensive marriage costs can be replaced by purchasing basic necessities at the beginning of married life and gradually building a family later on.

14 – You can teach your children not to rely on expensive private lessons and replace them with more secure school groups, while relying on teachers of good conscience.

15 – It is possible to manufacture baked goods, foods and sweets at home instead of buying ready-made ones in order to reduce material costs.

Hence, our children can be trained to face the high prices and reach psychological balance and psychological resilience in the face of this difficulty until it passes in peace.
