Michelle Hunziker’s wedding catapulted her into the league of the 300 richest Swiss

Apparently it is now clear that Sole and Celeste stay with their mother. Now only the millions of assets have to be divided. Michelle’s marriage in 2014 to her son from the famous fashion clan catapulted her into the league of the 300 richest Swiss. The Italian textile group was valued at 250 million francs at the time. But by the time Trussardi was sold in 2019, the company’s value had shrunk significantly. The deal with the Italian investment fund QuattroR, which took a 60 percent majority, is estimated at 50 million euros.

Since then, the fund has had to borrow millions to get the ailing company ready for a relaunch. Tomaso secured the President’s chair, but is only supposed to represent. Large shares went to his mother Maria Luisa Trussardi and his sister Beatrice (50), who ran the business for a long time, when in 1999 first her father Nicola († 56) and four years later her brother Francesco († 29) died in car accidents. At that time people spoke of the “curse of the Trussardis”. Tomaso is said to have been awarded 10 million euros for the sale. Given the lifestyle of the Hunziker-Trussardi family, this is not an endless capital.

In addition, the posh restaurant “Trussardi alla Scala” directly at the Milan Opera became a problem child in times of the pandemic. Managing Director Tomaso was even seen personally delivering food during lockdown. Today, Michelle Hunziker is lucky that she agreed to a marriage contract in 2014. Tomaso’s mother is said to have insisted. The matriarch has never made a secret of the fact that a public figure like Michelle doesn’t fit into the discreet family network. “We have agreed to separate property,” said Michelle in a radio interview after the wedding.
