Haas F1 Team Mick Schumacher was 12th in the 2022 F1 Opening Bahrain Grand Prix qualifying.
Mick Schumacher unfortunately missed the Q3 advance, but 12th in qualifying was his career best. Together with his teammate Kevin Magnussen, he made it to Q2 with both drivers for the team since the 2019 Brazilian Grand Prix.
Mick Schumacher, who finished with no points last year, says it is realistic to earn points this year.
“I’m definitely disappointed that Q3 was possible and couldn’t be reached today,” commented Mick Schumacher.
“The good thing is that we know we have the potential. It’s just a matter of putting it together in the next 23 races. The point is realistic and we have a car that can do it. Just put it all together. It’s a problem. “
“We have a lot of races going forward and we are confident we are in a position to achieve them.”
