The budget deficit in Russia will be covered by borrowing. Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin spoke regarding this.
“We tried to minimize the budget deficit as much as possible. And they foresaw that it would be covered mainly through borrowing,” said Mikhail Mishustin during a meeting of the Russian government. It is broadcast on the Rossiya 24 TV channel.
Opening the meetings, Mishustin added that in 2024 revenue forecast 35 trillion rubles. The meeting takes place on September 22.
