Ministry of Civil Service Handover Ceremony: New Minister’s Vision for Public Service Reform

A handover ceremony took place today at the conference room of the Ministry of Civil Service and Public Service Reform, marking the official transfer of responsibilities from Mr. Gallo Ba to the new minister, Mr. Olivier Boucal.

The ceremony was marked by the presence of notable figures such as Madame Mame Khar Diallo Seck, Inspector General of State, Secretary General Thioro Mbaye Sall, and the Director General of the Civil Service, Amamdou Matar Cisse, among other dignitaries .

In his inaugural speech, Minister Boucal expressed his gratitude to the Almighty for his new appointment and paid sincere tribute to his predecessors for their significant contributions to the reform of public services.
