God Almighty said (The recompense of those who wage war against God and His Messenger and strive to spread corruption in the land is only that they be killed, or crucified, or their hands cut off, or expel them from the strife, or exile them from the land; that is for them a disgrace in this world, and for them in the Hereafter is a grievous chastisement).
Musallam bin Ahmed bin Musallam al-Milad – a Saudi national – joined a terrorist cell, including wanted security personnel in confrontations with security men, armed attacks several times on security men and official vehicles, and shooting and throwing incendiary bombs at security men while performing their duties with the intent of killing them. , and their violation of internal security, and their trading in firearms and narcotic materials, and his support for security wanted persons in confrontations with security men with weapons, and the financing of terrorism and terrorist acts, and his concealment of security wanted persons.
By referring him to the Specialized Criminal Court, a deed was issued against him proving his guilt in what was attributed to him, and a death sentence was imposed on him, and the judgment was supported by the Specialized Criminal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, and a royal order was issued to enforce what was decided by Sharia, and he was supported by his reference.
The death sentence was implemented as a ta’zir punishment for the perpetrator / Muslim bin Ahmed bin Muslim al-Milad, on Monday, 1/12/1444 AH, corresponding to 06/19/2023 AD, in the Eastern Province.
And the Ministry of the Interior, announcing this to confirm the keenness of the Kingdom’s government to establish security, achieve justice, and implement God’s rulings for everyone who transgresses the innocent or sheds their blood, and at the same time warns everyone who tempts himself to commit such terrorist criminal acts that the Sharia punishment will be his fate.
