Just three months after its launch, Minute Pizza is experiencing dazzling growth and to meet demand throughout the province, it has just joined forces with a jewel in the Mauricie region. Greek pizzas are now found in vending machines.

Minute Pizza continues its momentum and partners with Le Grec Baie-Jolie. The pizzas ready in three minutes are now those cooked by the team of the legendary restaurant.

“They have a production capacity. They are a pizza manufacturer and we are distributors. Everyone has their own chair and we will succeed in supplying without our machines being out of stock each time. They help us grow, ”says the president of Minute Pizza, Sébastien Manseau.
The partnership between the two entities was concluded in order to better meet the high demand. The Trois-Rivières plant, which already prepares Greek frozen pizzas sold in grocery stores, will produce thousands of pizzas for vending machines.
“It’s on point. We have the capacity and we have free line time in the factory. So we come to fill our hours and make our employees work. It’s the best of both worlds”, commented Dimitris Yannopoulos, President of Restaurant and Grec Baie Jolie Products.
“We adapted the product with Minute Pizza recipes. There are more inputs and ingredients since its vending machines cook like a commercial oven. It is not the same needs as a conventional oven at home”, he continues.

Forty vending machines produce between 10,000 and 16,000 pizzas per week. By the end of July, 100 Minute Pizza machines will be in operation in the province. A projection that greatly exceeds expectations.
Other products will also be added to the menu over the next few days, such as spaghetti au gratin, nachos and even a breakfast pizza from Le Grec.
Interest is growing. Minute Pizza entrepreneurs are in the process of breaking into the Outaouais and Ontario. There is even demand in the Îles-de-la-Madeleine.
