We weren’t expecting it anymore and then here it is once more. After an absence of 35 years, the great Mireille Mathieu will return to sing in Quebec in February 2024.
The reunion with the prolific French singer, who will celebrate her 60-year career next year, will take place in three stages: February 17 at Place des Arts in Montreal, February 20 at the Grand Théâtre de Québec and February 23 at Maurice O’Bready Hall in Sherbrooke.
With her 200 million records sold (albums and singles) all over the world, Mireille Mathieu was one of the most important French-speaking artists of the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s. Acropolis Farewell, A woman in love et One last waltz. In France, no less than 30 of his titles reached the top 10 of the charts. With us, she received four gold records.
Tickets for the concerts in Montreal and Quebec go on sale April 21. A presale will take place the day before. In Sherbrooke, it will be April 29.
