In a recent episode of the program Star Zone of the Zona Latina television channel, the panelists talked about the singer Camila Gallardo, who introduces herself under the artistic pseudonym Cami and joined the new season of The Voice Chilea reality show in which he reached second place in 2015.
As reported by Glamorama, the journalist Cecilia Gutiérrez said about her personality that “she does not even let them get close”, statements in front of which the television presenter, Mario Velasco, recounted an encounter he had with the singer on one occasion.
“It happened to me. They left me locked up in a dressing room,” he told the rest of the panelists, “I swear, it’s going to sound like I have something against her, because maybe these decisions are made by the teams, not just her.”
“His manager arrives at his dressing room. Right at that time I was in the transition from Cami Gallardo to Cami. In other words, don’t ever think of calling her ‘Cami Gallardo’, introduce her as ‘Cami’ ‘, he continued, “the manager is leaving. He was with some friends in the dressing room, because it was September 18, it was several days and they were accompanying me”.
In this sense, Velasco added that he was leaving the room “and a guard stops me and says ‘no, Don Mario, you can’t leave your dressing room'”. Faced with this, he asked her surprised why, “’Miss Cami is going to pass by here and there can’t be anyone in the corridor’”.
