‘Mom, I missed the plane’ actor charged with rape

Actor Devin Ratray, best known for his role in the film “Mom, I missed the plane”, is under investigation in New York following being accused of the rape of a friend of his in 2017.

In an interview with CNN, Devin Ratray denied the accusations.

The alleged victim, Lisa Smith, claims that the man allegedly drugged her before raping her following she agreed to go have a drink with him and his brother.

Devin Ratray is also facing domestic violence charges in another case. The alleged facts took place in Oklahoma last December and concern his ex-spouse.

It was during the media coverage of this accusation that Lisa Smith contacted prosecutors regarding a complaint she allegedly filed once morest the actor in 2017. She wondered why his file had never led to charges.

She said she was devastated that the process took so long, but now says she is in contact with prosecutors.

In an interview with CNN, Devin Ratray assures that he did not have a sexual relationship with Lisa Smith.

Devin Ratray is best known for his role as Buzz McCallister in the two installments of the series “Mom, I missed the plane”.

More recently, he starred in the films “KIMI” and “Nebraska”.
