Montreal airport: two planes collide on the ground

Two planes collided on the ground at Pierre-Elliot Trudeau International Airport on Tuesday evening. Fortunately, this incident caused no injuries.

According to information from Aéroports de Montréal (ADM), the incident occurred in the evening on the airport apron.

“This incident caused no injuries and had no operational impact,” said Eric Forest, spokesperson for ADM, adding that the passengers of the two aircraft were taken care of by the airlines.

The Transportation Safety Board of Canada will conduct an investigation to understand the circumstances surrounding this event, added Mr. Forest.
