And to underline that this conference intervenes to communicate with the media, and through them, with the public opinion on the state of progress of this project launched four months ago, within the framework of the great building site of the generalization of social coverage launched by King Mohammed VI.

According to Hassan Boubrik, the operation to generalize social coverage to self-employed workers will be completed towards the end of May, before beginning in July the generalization of medical coverage to RAMED beneficiaries, noting that the objective is to complete, towards the end of the current year, the generalization of medical coverage to move in 2023 to the generalization of family allowances, then in 2024-2025 to the generalization of retirement.

During the presentations given at this conference, the participants underlined that almost all the decrees relating to this project have been published, while all the agreements between the liaison organizations and the CNSS have been signed. , pointing out that the total population affected is estimated at more than 3.2 million.

“On the enrollment situation at 1is April 2022, 1,641,557 self-employed workers are registered and 209,848 portal accounts have been created, while the number of declared spouses and children is 72,535 and 131,770 respectively, i.e. a total of declared beneficiaries of 1,845. 862”they pointed out.

AMO: membership incentive

And to note that the number of open AMO files is estimated at 81,718, noting that the CNSS has set up several channels for the management of the insured relationship such as the portal, the interactive voice server, the call and processing center , in addition to 170 CNSS agencies and 8,000 local points for enrollment and submission of AMO files.

In the communication section, they indicated that communication actions accompanied the phases of raising awareness of the target population, information on the possibility of filing AMO reimbursement files and encouraging the people concerned to join this same scheme.

They noted in this sense that more than 300 meetings have been organized since the launch of the communication campaign in mid-November, noting that the CNSS also plans local information meetings, roadshows, media and digital capsules and a campaign to promote the act of subscription to the AMO.
