Mortada Mansour, president of the Egyptian club Zamalek, revealed that he had an audio recording condemning the French coach, Patrice Carteron, the coach of the first football team in the White Club, during which he decided to leave Zamalek.
Mortada Mansour published the leaked audio recording of Carteron, confirming that he had sent it by mistake to Amir Mortada Mansour, instead of his agent Hazem Fattouh.
In the video that Mortada Mansour published on Al-Hadath Al-Youm channel, Carteron told his agent that he would leave for the Saudi League, after agreeing with one of the clubs there on everything.
Mortada Mansour announced that the board of directors of the White Club will meet on Monday to announce the fate of Carteron, and the name of the new coach, especially after appointing Osama Nabih as general coach and Ahmed Abdel Maqsoud as assistant coach.
He continued, “Tomorrow we will file a complaint against Carteron in FIFA, attached to the registration, in which he agrees to leave the club.”
And Mortada Mansour gave an opportunity to all players whose contracts will expire this season, until next Thursday, to renew their contracts or not to play the ball again, saying: “We are not alone.”
It is noteworthy that Mortada Mansour, president of Zamalek club, has blamed French Patrice Carteron for causing the white team’s loss to Morocco’s Wydad Casablanca, in the group stage of the African Champions League.
Zamalek lost to Wydad 3-1 in the third round matches of the group stage.
Mortada Mansour said in televised statements: “I apologize to the Wydad team, the fans and management, and the great people of Morocco, and the first decision was to exclude the duo that caused the crisis that occurred. What happened was a fitna and bullying that does not happen in Zamalek.”
He added: “Carteron did not fear God in formation or change, and in the second half Wydad did not come until the last 5 minutes of the match, and I do not understand is it mentioned in the Qur’an that you, as a coach, make changes only in the 60th minute?”

And the president of Zamalek added: “Carteron is doing all this deliberately, there are some players who did everything they had and others did not appear as expected of them in the match, and the account will be after their return.”
And he continued: “I came back a month ago and found this coach and these players by the appointed committee, and if you wanted to measure the strength of any team, that would be the strength of the bench. The previous committee sold Hussein Faisal, Osama Faisal, Muhammad Sobhi, Hamid Haddad and many players, and you know that restriction is prohibited. .
Angolan Petro Atlético tops Group D with 7 points, followed by Moroccan Wydad with 6 points, then Zamalek with two points, and Sagrada bottoms the group with one point.
Zamalek won two points from two draws, the first with Petro Atlético 2-2 in Cairo, and the second with Sagrada 0-0 in Angola.
Zamalek is preparing to face Future next Wednesday in the Egyptian League.
