Al-Marsad Newspaper: Counselor Mortada Mansour commented on the decision of the Egyptian Ministry of Youth and Sports to remove him from the presidency of Zamalek Football Club.
He said, “The ministry is supposed to be on leave today like the rest of the government bodies, and therefore what is the reason for issuing a decision with such speed on the part of (Minister of Sports) Ashraf Sobhi, which makes his position strange.” According to “Cairo 24”.
Mortada Mansour confirmed that he will not remain silent in the face of such matters, especially since there are attempts to obstruct the club’s march.
On Thursday, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, headed by Ashraf Sobhi, issued its official decision to dismiss Mortada Mansour from the presidency of Zamalek Club, in implementation of the ruling issued by the Administrative Court, considering the position of president of the White Castle vacant.
