The accident happened around 6:30 p.m. A 21-year-old from the Linz-Land district drove his motorcycle on the B 126, Leonfeldner Straße, coming from Linz in the direction of Bad Leonfelden. In the village of Elmegg, he left the roadway in a right-hand bend and was thrown into the wooded embankment. The man suffered injuries of an unspecified degree and was taken to the Kepler University Hospital by emergency helicopter.
