Work is planned to refurbish the area concerned, the Complementary Infrastructure Financing Company (Sofico) told Belga on Wednesday evening.

The speed will be limited to 50km/h. »
Other work is already planned for Friday morning. “The work will begin around 4:00 or 5:00 with scraping and the laying of a new surface in the morning on the emergency lane and the right-hand lane. In the afternoon, it will be the turn of the left band, ”said Sofico again.
Work is expected to be completed before rush hour Friday evening.
The incident caused major traffic congestion on Wednesday afternoon and a detour has been put in place.
