TRIBUNE – En Marche has already imposed the vaccination pass on us, now they want to impose the social pass on us, very inspired by Chinese social credit…
Nobody believed it, it was a “conspiratorial” view because we are in a democracy… Well, don’t be mistaken: it’s happening and it’s almost already done.
In July 2014, the EU publishes a new regulation concerning “electronic identification and trust services within the internal market” (1)
We find in this new regulation some rather surprising things such as the total disappearance of a certain number of national specificities abolishing the borders of the member countries.
For example paragraph 30 of the presentation and this is only one example among others:
[30] Member States should designate a control body or bodies responsible for carrying out control activities pursuant to this Regulation. Member States should also be able to decide, by mutual agreement with another Member State, to designate a supervisory body on the territory of that other Member State.
How to get the public to accept this digital identification on all subjects, imposed by Europe… The means was called: France Cconnect.
France Connect: a total digital identity that will bring together many public and private services
France Connect currently manages 900 services and should manage 1,300 by the end of 2022 with approximately 30 million users.

But, very quickly, other accesses even involving an obligation to use such as the vaccination pass were added:
Digital postal identity which allows access to mail sent, or received … by registered mail, tracking, are already there with the digital post.
Health data with in particular the shared medical file, which you must agree to within the next 3 or 4 weeks are already in place. And for those who have not answered a question that will not necessarily be asked officially, who is silent consents therefore their shared medical record will be automatically created.
Control of your computer data, of your computers, has almost been implemented with ALICEM.
To meet this need, the Ministry of the Interior and the ANTS developed and tested in 2019 and 2020 a first prototype application, called Alicem. It made it possible to specify the legal framework of electronic identification, under the control of the CNIL and the Council of State, to experiment with user paths and to feed the public consultations organized by the National Assembly and the National Council of Digital.
The digital identity card is not yet imposed, but should be soon:
Tax data is already accessible by using France Connect
Financial data is expected very soon... Which is also quite logical given that France Connect also concerns your phone, with applications that are now mandatory to be able to consult bank accounts or authorize payment by credit card…
Pôle Emploi, so everything related to unemployment, just added.
Petitions or political opinions?
With a button that would also identify petition supporters! What is simply called absolute control over any political divergence and is quite contrary to our democratic principles.
Soon the pension funds with, for the moment, that of the agricultural system; MSA which manages health, family, retirement of farmers and agricultural employees.

In conclusion, from now on, a single application called France Connect will give access to all the services mentioned, including to control your habits, your behavior, your political opinions, your contacts and your friends. These bundled digital identities will also be supplemented with facial recognition software – see what companies Gemalto and Idemia are doing.
Between Canada, which wants to abolish unemployment benefits for the non-vaccinated, Germany, whose police services have used the health application of the vaccine pass, Australia, which is talking about suspending the pensions of the non-vaccinated, I think that there are not many doubts to have on the objectives and even less on the speed with which all this is put in place.
There is currently a solution: do not use France Connect and refuse the shared medical file.
