A violent traffic accident left three people dead and at least seven injured this Friday night in the Region of La Araucanía.
The incident, which involved three vehicles – two trucks and a car – occurred around 10:30 p.m. in the kilometer 8 of Route S-199which connects Pucón and Villarrica.
According to preliminary information, a vehicle -for reasons that are being investigated- would have zigzagged, colliding with another mobile, surpassing the central axis of the road and colliding head-on with a third machine.

The Traffic Accident Investigation Section (SIAT) of the militarized police will investigate the causes of the act.
