Vienna – David Bronner was a well-connected and respected music producer in the Austrian music scene. The son of cabaret legend Gerhard Bronner and half-brother of STANDARD publisher Oscar Bronner was considered the driving creative force behind countless Austropop groups, a reliable advisor in production matters and musical direction decisions. Among other things, he produced the EAV albums from the mid-1990s, where he also played as a keyboard player for four years. But Bronner’s place was usually in the background, in the studio, at the mixing desk.
