To state one thing unequivocally: the CEO of a company does not have to be familiar with the technical details of his own services, of course, there are usually others in every company for that. However, Elon Musk likes to present himself as an exception to this rule and throws technical terms around – which is also appreciated by many of his fans. Above all, however, he is apparently increasingly making technical decisions on his own, and it would of course be good if this knowledge was actually available and not just pretended.
